Jason Boyer
Meteorologist

Jason Boyer is the meteorologist of the weekend edition of the award winning News2 at Nine.

Jason earned his American Meteorological Society's Television Seal of Approval in 2004 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Illinois.

"I'm very glad to be in Colorado and to be part of the News2 Team! I grew-up in the Midwest and was always fascinated by how quickly the weather could change, so I enjoy the many challenges Colorado's weather brings," said Jason. "Weather has always been a passion for me and I will do my best to deliver the most accurate and interesting forecasts possible."

Jason began his broadcasting career in Johnson City, TN. He spent the next six years forecasting weather in the southeast, with a stop in Asheville and Chattanooga.

When he's not tracking storms, Jason enjoys relaxing at home, playing the guitar, and spending time enjoying Colorado's great outdoors hiking and golfing.
